Nathan and I first met when we were 17 years old through mutual friends (shout out to Bronwyn). It was love at first site for him....for me it took another 15 years,, but hey persistence on his part paid off! We graduated and went our separate ways and lived very different lives. We reconnected again in our 30's and have been following our rainbows ever since....More about the blog name Following our Rainbows; We have been discussing for quite some time about starting a blog, since we are both sans Facebook to keep in touch with our loved ones. So, while I was on a run (okay, actually more of a fast walk) one day I was trying to think up a great name that really meant something, and for some reason following our rainbows really stuck in my head. To me "rainbows" stand for all things good, happiness, excitement, creativity, joy, smiles, and love. So, to follow your rainbows really is to follow your dreams and things that bring you joy. When I brought this name up to Nathan he loved it, because of course *warning cheese alert* he is one of my many rainbows!
This blog will mainly be about our DIY house projects, with lots of cooking, and family life thrown in!
XOXO, Nathan, Sara, Nate, Giuseppe, and Hershey
